Central Huijin Investment Ltd. is a wholly state-owned company, authorized by the State Council to exercise rights and obligations as an investor in major state-owned financial enterprises on behalf of the State. Central Huijin holds stakes in a number of financial institutions including six commercial banks, four securities companies, two insurance companies and four other entities.
