In accordance with a decision rendered by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, Mr. Ding Xuedong was appointed Chairman of Central Huijin Investment Ltd. “Central Huijin”, and Mr. Lou Jiwei will no longer serve as Chairman of Central Huijin；Mr. Li Xiaopeng was appointed Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Central Huijin, and Mr. Jin Liqun will no longer serve as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Central Huijin.
