With approval of the State Council, Mr. Peng Chun has been appointed as Director of Central Huijin Investment Ltd.

The Board of Directors of Central Huijin Investment Ltd. has also appointed Mr. Peng Chun as President.Meanwhile Mr. Xie Ping has resigned from his current post as Director and President of Central Huijin Investment Ltd., due to his new appointment as Executive Vice President and Deputy Chief Investment Officer of China Investment Corporation.
