New Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors Appointed

As per the decision rendered by the State Council of the People's Republic of China, Central Huijin announces its new Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors.

Board of Directors includes: Mr. Peng Chun (Chairman), Mr. Shen Rujun (Vice Chairman and Executive Director), Mr. Wang Yong (Executive Director), Mr. Lou Hong (Independent Director), and Mr. Mu Huaipeng (Independent Director).

Board of Supervisors includes: Mr. Hu Hao (Chairman), Mr. Cui Guangqing (Supervisor), and Ms. Huang Xueling (Employee Supervisor).
