Zhang Qingsong (Chairman)

Mr. Zhang Qingsong is Chairman of Central Huijin. He is concurrently Chairman of China Investment Corporation. Prior to this, he was Deputy Governor of the People's Bank of China. Previously, he served as Vice Chairman and President of the Agricultural Bank of China. Before that, he was Vice Chairman and President of the Export-Import Bank of China. In his early career, he held several positions at the Bank of China, including Executive Vice President, General Manager of the Clearing Department, General Manager of the Singapore Branch, General Manager of the Hong Kong Trading Center (Hong Kong Branch), Director (Securities Investment) and then General Manager (Securities Investment) of the Global Markets Unit, and Director of the Global Markets Department.

Mr. Zhang, born in 1965, holds a master's degree in economics from the Graduate School of People's Bank of China.

Liu Jiawang(Vice Chairman and Executive Director)

Mr. Liu Jiawang is Vice Chairman, Executive Director, and President of Central Huijin. He is concurrently Executive Vice President of China Investment Corporation. Prior to this, he held several positions at Agricultural Bank of China, including Executive Vice President, President of Sichuan Branch, President of Anhui Branch, Executive Vice President of Jiangsu Branch and President of Suzhou Branch, as well as President of Suzhou Branch.

Mr. Liu, born in 1975, holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Nankai University and a master’s degree in economics, as well as the title of Senior Economist.

Liao Qiang(Executive Director)

Mr. Liao is Executive Director, Executive Vice President, Head of Equity Management Department II and Head of Equity Management Department III of Central Huijin. He is concurrently a Member of Executive Committee of CIC. Prior to this, he held several positions at Central Huijin, including Head of Equity Management Department I, Deputy Head of Equity Management Department II, and Dispatched Director to Bank of China Limited. Before joining Central Huijin, Mr. LIAO was Senior Director for S&P’s Financial Institutions Ratings Group, Asia Pacific, Chief Rating Officer for S&P’s Financial Institutions Ratings in Greater China.

Mr. Liao, born in 1974, holds a Ph.D. in economics from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Science.

Lou Hong (Independent Director)

Mr. Lou Hong is independent director of Central Huijin. Prior to this, he held several positions at the Ministry of Finance, including Director General of Government Procurement Management Office, Inspector to Department of Treasury, Deputy Director General of Treasury Payment Center, and Chief Accountant (Deputy Director General level) of Treasury Payment Center.

Mr. Lou, born in 1958, holds a Ph.D. in economics.

Mu Huaipeng (Independent Director)

Mr. Mu Huaipeng is independent director of Central Huijin. Prior to this, he held several positions at People’s Bank of China, including Senior Advisor, Director General of Human Resources Department, Director General of Legal Affairs Department, Director General of Financial Market Department, Director General of Research Bureau, Deputy Director General of Monetary Policy Department, and Deputy Director of Research Bureau. He also served as senior advisor to Hong Kong Monetary Authority.

Mr. Mu, a research fellow, was born in 1956 and holds a Ph.D. in economics.
